After launching three years ago, Odencat’s adventure game Meg’s Monster is about to return with some new DLC. Lost Memories aims to deliver a bundle of short prequel stories when it hits Xbox platforms, Nintendo Switch and Steam (PC, Mac, Linux, Steam Deck) on December 4.

The stories cover everything from an MMA fighter trying to earn money for his brother’s medical treatment to a man reborn as a monster, a creature on a hitman mission and beyond. The whole thing is estimated to clock in at around two hours, and you can see a brief peek in the video below.

Here’s what Ryota of Odencat had to say about the DLC:

“We hope the DLC will allow those who loved Meg’s Monster to delve even deeper into this world.

Although the tone is considerably more serious than the main story, we hope you’ll enjoy it. This time, the content focuses on depicting the pasts of multiple characters. During production, we created a timeline to reorganize the chronological order of events involving the characters and the world, and clarified the happenings and movements within the underworld.”

Lost Memories will be priced at $4.99 when it launches.
