This adventure puts you in the shoes (Chucks, by the look of ’em) of the new witch in the big city, Lunne, who begins her daily life as a witch-baker in Paris in earnest. Each day is split into daytime, evening and night phases, starting the day with bakery management before moving onto exploration, relationship-building, magic improvement, decoration and more.

The team at Sunny Lab hails from France, so players can look forward to the way this connection weaves into the locales at the heart of it all. Beneath the baking and witchery is a story about “emotions and vulnerability,” too, as Lunne enters magical spaces called Heart Palaces to unlock others’ emotions and help them to heal.

Stay tuned for a more concrete release date as the devs and publisher announce further details on all versions. In the meantime, you can wishlist The Witch’s Bakery on Steam.
