Described as “Subnautica by way of No Man’s Sky,” The Last Caretaker is the debut game from Finland-based boutique studio Channel 37. The latest update has the sci-fi survival-exploration outing coming to Early Access via Steam and the Epic Games Store on November 6, priced at $34.99.

The adventure puts you in the role of of a reawakened machine that must secure the future of the human race by saving human seeds from a desolate Earth, nurturing and launching them into space. If everything goes according to the caretaker’s plan, these seed will eventually make their way to humanity’s last settlement.
